I find it easy to go in and speak with a receptionist to ask for an appointment or help. Whether there's an appointment available is a different matter, but going in and asking for one is no problem

Arrived at surgery in time - seen immediately by nurse. All very friendly kind and professional . I was impressed with the streamline service and everything I was told would happen did !

Nothing that I can think of at this point - awaiting test results .

Poorly funded NHS! We know the surgery does the best it can, its the pencil pushers that are creating the havoc! Dr MacDonald and the nurse were amazing with my visit, I couldn't have asked for more care.

Nope! Appointment was on time and I wasn't allowed to leave until I was feeling perfectly fine again. I wasn't rushed out the door, and I was told exactly what was going on throughout the whole thing.

It is really difficult to get through to the surgery by telephone at any time of day, but I did manage to get a medication review appointment relatively easily. I needed a blood test and this was also booked after my appointment with ease. For urgent GP appointments it is a nightmare. There was an elderly gentleman stood next to me who was told he would have to come back at 8am the next day. I felt so sad for him. This system of getting GP appointments is broken. There are too few appointments for people that desperately need them.

Not really anything. I was pleased with how the GP conducted the appointment and checked my overall health.
