From past experience I didn't try telephoning for an appointment but was unable to book one online so used econsult.
Suggested improvements
The 1st floor waiting room and doctor's room were excessively hot due to the weather. Some mitigation would be useful as this issue will get worse

econsult makes arranging an appointment so much easier than trying to get through in the phone. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to book an appointment online.
