This was an arranged telephone consultation. On time and very helpful.Sorry about rating surgery,. This was a mistake as it was a telephone appointment.

Could not have done anything better. I was given plenty of time to ask any questions I had.

I had an appointment at 3.20pm and by 3.50pm the nurse still wasn’t available. I had to collect my child from nursery and therefore had to leave without my appointment. Nurse called and was extremely rude about rebooking an appointment.

If running late then patients need to be informed. We cannot be expected to wait more than 30 mins. We have other commitments as well

It is hard for me to phone at 8am in the morning and then when I can the appointments are gone. Often I would like to speak to someone about an ongoing concern which is not in need of essential care for that day but worrying for me. With other intervention - hospitals etc I have now been lucky enough for Dr Mason to contact me and sort an appointment. Thank you

Yesterday I had fantastic care and was sent to see a doctor there and then with lots of information and advice given.

I find that if I phone up by the time I get thro all gone even just after 8.00 have even gone to surgery and first in qué to be told all appointments are gone

Have more doctors to deal with the amount of people that requires to be seen
