My experience with Dr Wilcox was without fault but I had to wait two weeks for the appointment and when I arrived both the upstairs and downstairs waiting areas were virtually empty which makes absolutely no sense.

Not kept me waiting two weeks for my appointment.

I had cryotherapy which the surgery arrange very speedily and the doctor carried out the procedure very well. Many thanks to all involved.

Nurse Harriet Williams is an asset to your practice. She always seems in a good mood and reassures me every time I see her. She is very thorough and very caring.

Would be nice to have more approachable reception staff. I feel a bother if I need to speak to them most times.

Put not at all for reception as I never had any interaction with them. Never find it easy to get a telephone appointment and never have I ever been successful with online booking

Not put your BP machine in the public waiting area, so intrusive to people's privacy. No one wants a waiting room with all eyes on you as you do a Tonight Matthew.
