Dr Foster was very good and listened to my medical problem .

I saw Dr Hird. He has such a good approachable manner and makes one feel very much at ease which is very important from a patient’s point of view.

Nothing at all, but something that patients need to know. We noticed that two doctors had to keep going downstairs to get their patients. It’s such a waste of time and energy for the doctors. This can only be due to patients not reading the instructions on the arrival screen. Perhaps a large sign could be posted by the screen telling patients, again, on which floor their particular doctor is situated.

It is almost impossible to book an appointment, either by telephone, in person, or via the website (which is useless). I had been trying for over two years until social services intervened.

Go back to the way appointments were accessed prior to 3-4 years ago.
