I have never had a problem getting an appointment or getting through on the phone and when I speak to anyone they are always polite and extremely helpful.
Suggested improvements
I had a text asking me to book my annual review following a link which I tried to do but then there were no appointments available. However it wasn’t too much of an issue as I phoned and booked it that way instead.

I have recently received surgery for breast cancer and I have to say the care I have been given has been amazing nothing is too much trouble from the receptionist to the nursing staff and my gp contact so thank you very much
