Great all round
Receptionists don’t acknowledge you until they are ready, I find that very rude. If they could say one moment please you wouldn’t feel silly standing there for ages waiting for someone to speak to you. There were two on reception at the time, the first ignored me so I went a stood patiently until the second eventually spoke to me.

I struggled to initially get an appointment and was advised to go via 111. Which I eventually did after my private medical advised the same. 111 after talking to me got me an immediate appointment and the very helpful Dr Foster was extremely caring and professional and arranged an X-ray and ECG immediately. Big thanks to Dr Foster for putting my mind at ease - and for just being a nice bloke :)
