I order replacement inhalers on Monday the 20th of March. I got these on the Friday, and was given

Yes. Consultation about replacing the inhalers would have been good. Not doubting my problems with ethanol in inhalers. Replacing the two incorrect ones with two correct ones not just one. Not just saying the problems occurred because you are short staffed and actually looking into giving me the extra inhaler. More care about the person you are dealing with and try not to make them feel like they are a naughty child!!!

When I initially called I spoke to a very rude receptionist who was not helpful, the line got cut off and I didn’t receive a call back. It took me an hour to get this appointment after I called the second time. The second receptionist was much nicer and very very helpul.

Have a call back in operation if line is cut half way through the conversation. Don’t employ rude staff.
