Nope not at all ! Always busy Never a doctors appointment after 8.03am & you can't book in advance unless it's a nurse or physio that you need! Overall unsatisfactory
When I was with the nurse appt I mentioned that I had a pain behind my knee and also my blood pressure was still very high . Given that I suffered a suspected stroke in November I was told to make a appt . Which obviously can’t do now until next Tuesday . I totally appreciate how busy the doctors are but I remember a time when if you in with the nurse and they had any concerns they would call in a doctor , or maybe ask to wait and you could be seen .
Because I have tried for a few days to get my husband an appt as he really needs to be seen I find it impossible I try at eight am by the time I get through there are no appointments available.even standing in the queue at eight is a no go I don't quite understand how this is happening after COVID surely things should be running normally now with obviously some restrictions.i know it's a busy time but really !!!!!
There was a bit of a mix up when I had my blood test on the 6/04/23. But the Chinese nurse who was doing my blood test sorted it all out and she eventually done my blood test.
Well done to her.
In and out, ears cleared out, and I can hear....yippee.
