Appointments go so quickly and you are unable to use the e counstate form when the surgery is closed. If you don't call at 8,am on the dot you have to wait until the next day. Gone is the possibility of booking an appointment a week or so later. Getting an appointment is worse now than before covid.
3 days in a row I have called as soon as the phone lines open at 8.am. As soon as i get through, all appointments have gone and are advised to go to A&E. REALLY!!!! When there is so much coverage about how overstretched A&E is, you want us to go, fill up the waiting room for something a GP could and should be doing. Utterly disgraceful. I rarely call the surgery for anything, preferring to self treat but occasionally I need to speak to a GP. I will go elsewhere from now on and advise anyone else to do so too.
Dr Middleton was outstanding in his care and provided an empathetic environment for me to discuss my gynae issues. He went out of his way to help and make the process easier for me. Thank you so much.
Long queue on the phone lines, can often be up to40 minutes before the call is answered.
Appointments go really quickly. Would really appreciate the option to book an appointment in the next few weeks rather than just the same day etc.
Billingshurst doctors are very good. They have and are helping me with a very difficult time.
