Every time I come, the receptionist try to make you use the login machines. I wish to speak to a human being and not use machines, and I feel I shouldn’t be made to feel bad that I don’t wish to use for whatever reason I have

The nurse I saw with my daughter (and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) was absolutely amazing and so helpful. The appointment couldn’t have been better! So nice to see someone about contraception for a 15 year old who treated my daughter with respect and dignity. Please thank her from us both.

Could not book an appointment through website or phone so had to go to the surgery. It was not urgent but needed a diabetic check and my husband his yearly check up. Reception polite and sorted us an appointment .
