It is always a stressful operation getting through to Surgery . The original email received asked me to go on line and make an appointment. When I did this, there werecno appointments available for 4 weeks in advance. It begs the question why send an email in the first place? In the event I drove to the surgery and made an appointment with a receptionist !

The appointment system has to be improved . There is no flexibility-- thats the time thats the date, if you cant meet these times too bad. Spending hours on the phone is waste of every ones time. The bigger issue is you cant keep building new homes and expanding the size of the population of Billingshurst and surrounding area without investing in adequate infrastructure and people. Where is all the money generated from the additional Council Tax going?

The Doctor I sah was very understanding and helpful. I hope that his efforts to help me, and to get things sorted are fruitful and will sort things out.

The booking system dose not work for working people, and there are not enough Doctors and staff in the surgery for the size of the Village and the amount of patients. The staff up there and Doctors are all far too much under pressure and stress. Not ok for staff and Patients .

Sometimes tough to get through via the telephone I generally pop in and organise an appointment

Its takes ages to get through then when you do all appointments are gone so you have to try again tomorrow it's difficult when your working to stay on the phones for ages

More appointments or after 6
