Was a non urgent appointment made a month in advance. Doctor and nurse were fab as always. I didn’t have any interaction with reception apart from making the appointment.
However I have had trouble getting an appointment every single time I’ve needed one. I have called at 8am on the dot with my phone poised and ready to dial and either says it’s not open yet or I’m 18th in the queue then there’s no appointments.
Staff at surgery are great but not enough.
