Hard to get an appointment by phone or web. Once you do get in, the experience is very good. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. The nurse I saw was also helpful and friendly, explaining everything as she went along. Very patient with me and listened to what I had to say and ask. Surgery was short staffed due to illness and there was a small delay to appointment time but this was explained, via TV screen in waiting room. Masks still available in reception if you forget one.

Suggested improvements
Make more appointments available. The surgery was like a ghost town with not many staff around.
