Having joined the surgery 3 yrs ago there has been little improvement in accessing appointments in spite of changes to telephone and computer systems. GP availability is still patchy.

Suggested improvements
My consultation on 8th Feb resulted in a referral to my GP to prescribe medication. The GP was not on duty and I had to make a further telephone call to find this out and have my request forwarded to another GP to issue the prescription. Very dissatisfied.
