It is quite difficult to get an appointment with the surgery. Calling in at 8 for an appointment and hoping to get through can feel stressful. Changing one’s mindset and expectations isn’t straight forward nd it’s about not taking nhs for granted. Staff are always helpful I appreciate that you do not have the medical staff to have drop in surgeries.

No on this occasion I received the guidance I asked for. I forgot to ask about one concern
