Long call waiting times . Should really be a dedicated phone number for appointments . I also believe you should be fined £10 if you don’t turn up / abuse the appointments system , as so many are waiting for appointments .

As a deaf person I find it very difficult indeed to hear ( communicate) with masks and the Perspex screening , esp given the background noise . It can be confusing .
