The receptionist on the phone was lovely and very helpful getting me an apt. The GP was fantastic and very efficient. She was new but I had every confidence in what she was advising and prescribing. The receptionist at the surgery were very non engaging and appeared very unhappy doing their job when I visited to collect my prescriptio. The huge queue at the pharmacy was also ignored for some time before pharmacy staff acknowledged the first in the queue. Again didn’t look at all happy to be there.

Suggested improvements
Encourage staff to be happy and engage with patients. Receptionists could have assisted with the huge queue as they were not doing anything but chatting behind the glass. Apologise for delay and long queue and say they will be with u as soon as they can ect
