At 92 I had an appointment for Covid and Flu jabs and had to wait 30 minutes in a queue standing up. This was totally unacceptable and really took it out of me for a day afterwards. I think that this surgery have no empathy with its patients. Very upsetting.

Suggested improvements
Employ a good practice manager that can organise appointments more efficiently. Receptionists need to go on courses for people management. This practice has been going downhill for years.
