I was happy with my visit with nurse Jane. Probably neither of us got a complete satisfactory visit because I had not been to the surgery for a long while and I forgot most of what I needed to say. Totally my fault. I was nervous and even brought something that should have been in the recycling not an inhaler I use! No complaints from me Jane was as helpful as was possible. I would like to make an appointment with the Gp i used to know the best prior to the pandemic but have yet to achieve that. I’m wondering if it would help everyone to have a different system for appointments for the future a week ahead or whatever rather than the 8 am queue for that day and a week ahead all at the same time? Just a thought to try and help you and patients. Nothing has returned to prior Covid it’s not the surgery so I’m very grateful for the help I do receive. Thank you all.
