I used the EConsult because you can never get through in the phone, and if you somehow do get through you get told there are no appointments left and to try again tomorrow for more of the same. The EConsult was fine, but why only have it open certain hours? Surely the benefit of an online form is that it can be completed at any time?

Suggested improvements
I liked the self assessment area in the waiting room for BP etc. It would have been better is the appointment had been in time, or a message sent prior to let me know the wait was 20 mins.
