Contact with the surgery is very difficult as the staff are over stretched

Suggested improvements
I was taken very I’ll on the Sunday following my jab. I recovered a little by Monday. I contacted Billingshurst surgery and was told by the receptionist that there were no appointments available I emphasised how ill I was and that I really needed to at least speak to doctor. Told that I couldn’t but if I rang 111 they had 7 appointments at Billingshurst they could release. I rang 111 and explained the problem and they told me that they had no appointments and that I should ring my surgery!!
