I attended for Covid19 and ‘flu inoculations with an appointment time of 1233hrs. I arrived at 1231hrs, was met just inside the door and directed to join the ( short) queue. I waited almost no time before being directed to one of the rooms. The nurse and the lady on the computer were very helpful and the inoculations were given quickly and efficiently - not to mention almost painlessly. I was asked if I was driving and advised to wait 10 minutes or so before setting off. The whole process was efficient and on time so I don’t think it can be improved upon.

Suggested improvements
Nothing in this instance. However, I gave only 2 stars for ease of getting an appointment as on two visits to the surgery I was told I had to ‘phone between 0800 hrs and 0900 hrs and when doing this the wait was 40 minutes. Not good, and why they cannot take advance bookings (as they do at the dentists) by using a diary is a mystery. Also, if people visit the surgery to make an appointment could this not be dealt with there and then? I appreciate shortages of staff and other factors but the system could be made easier.
