the improved interaction of late is much improved .
i feel confidant if i need help there is a pathway . totally aware i am not the only
person who needs help and resources are difficult. however i have had good
attention and follow up advice from all concerned.
Suggested improvements
Use the moving message board with a doctors name and a patient number given on arrival. depict the room to go to. ]
this saves jack in the box doctor hoping they heard the shout.
also the number system stops "what times yours " and keeps visits private .
an afternoon of complaints airing with a liaisons clerk to educate the more robust
unhappy customers . A stronger interaction from this troublesome element might be
help if the recipient had an insight of why.
also less open plan from reception screen off the people on view from reception to
focus on the visit not who and what are they doing syndrome.
