I am not sure what has happened at this surgery but the current appointment system just doesn’t work. Patients need to be able to ring and book an appointment, being triaged is not good enough it is a surgery not A&E! The triage system is flawed as the doctor takes up to 3 days to call you back. What might not seem an emergency over the phone could actually be more serious! I will be looking for an alternative surgery
