It took a week for my email appointment to be answered And 4 weeks to get the next available face to face appointment

More available appointments more ways in giving test results from hospitals etc. having a named GP if possible more sit and wait appointments

Pre-book appointments were a whole month ahead. This is too long and it encourages same-day appointments for non-urgent issues and these are nearly impossible to get.

Minimise appointments by having a single appointment for taking blood.

I tried to contact the surgery by phone the day before finally getting through. Initially I waited half an hour in a queue but when answered the receptionist couldn’t hear me. I rang again immediately and was in a queue for 50 minutes until I got to the top of the queue but was then cut off. I left it until the next day and got through after 20 minutes. I don’t usually have trouble getting connected so I think/hope this was a one off.

If it’s down to volume of callers I don’t know how this could be resolved.

Always have to wait in excess of 20 minutes on the phone no matter what time of day you ring! Then never any appointments!

Not the surgeries fault really, too many people not enough doctors in the village!
