I've never had an issue getting an appointment it might just be a while before the actual appointment.

Not have to reschedule my last appointment twice.

I was able to see someone the same day and everyone was really helpful.

I have recently moved to this area and as far as this, my first visit, was concerned, I can’t think of anything that could have been done better

I made my appointment during the day at the reception desk, and subsequently, again during the day. Very much less stressful than making an 8.30 telephone call and much appreciated. I had not expected to be able to do that.

There was nothing to complain about at all!

Occasionally an appointment can be obtained by telephone but in recent months I have had to drive to the surgery and have face to face contact with the receptionists to obtain appointments When Seeing the receptionists they are helpful and appointments can be obtained

At this specific appointment the nurse practitioner carried out all the tests and examination excellently and with professionalism
