When trying to get an appointment on the Wednesday called at 8.30 I was 29th in the queue, by the time I got through there were no appointments. Having explained my child is asthmatic and her saturation levels were very low, the receptionist told me there was nothing she could do. I would have thought the least she could have done was got a gp to call me back to make any decision. The upshot was my child was taken by ambulance that day to hospital after calling 111. Disbelief that a receptionist made the decision there was nothing they could do for my child. VERY POOR

Got a professional to call me and make a decision to see my child or advise taking er to a&e which is where we ended up on that same day the receptionist was unable to give her an appointment or any call back.

Ive always had very good service at this surgery and very helpful and patient receptionists

Having just received my blood test results yesterday eve, because of the weekend plus bank holiday monday i cannot discuss the results with anyone and i find that i am pretty stressed about results
