The nurse (Charlotte) was lovely. I managed to get an appointment but it was for a regular injection rather than an on-the-day consultation, so that could be the reason. The public toilet was poor. There was heavy limescale in the hand basin around the plughole - this traps bacteria and would fail an infection control audit. The whole toilet decor was grubby and tired.

Sometimes waiting in que to get an appointment is very bad.

To ba able to book appointments in advance without waiting in long queues via phone.

Takes ages to get through on the phone by which time all appojntments are gone. Im sure there are not enough doctors to cover our needs.

More staff? More doctors?

The NHS app keeps messing up! My prescriptions are totally messed up, every time I call the surgery it takes me half an hour to get through.

I forgot to bring my blood test form with me today but the nurse allowed me to go home to collect it and she managed to slot me in for my appointment when I returned. Very pleasant nurse.

Nothing today, my experience was great thank you.
