The nurse I saw was very friendly and understanding. The surgery waiting area was clean and pleasant.

The surgery is extremely well organised, the medical staff are easy to communicate with which I think is important for patients like me who feel overwhelmed when having to attend an appointment. I must also give a big thank you to the receptionists who have always been polite, thoughtful and extremely helpful. I definitely feel this surgery is a five star medical centre

The phone system is a bit of a nightmare, I have previously been 3rd in the queue and had to still wait just over 50 minutes to get through .

My follow on appointments are being made well in advance so it is all very easy.

My treatment so far could not have been better, but I am yet to see a doctor. At the end of these surveys you ask if I would like to add a review for one of the doctors but not any of the other medical staff. Time for a rethink there! My opinion of the service so far is that it is excellent but that is based solely on interaction with non doctors.
