I got the appointment very quickly but had to wait for over two hours before I spoke to anyone. There was only 30 in the queue so I could not understand why it took so long. In the appointment the lady I saw was very understanding and sorted out my cough.

You need quicker response on the phone...I have never had it that bad before.

Called for an appointment at the surgery with no issues.

The appt was only for a routine blood test ie not for the GP

Inform me of the results - no-one has ever informed me a) what the blood sample tells you b) what if anything you are deducing from the blood pressure readings have supplied. Is it ok or isn't it?
