I very rarely need to phone for an appointment but when I do sometimes the call wait is 25 minutes or more and then no appointments are available. This is very rare so a bit on the fence with my answer

I found the whole experience was excellent except I did not realise the appointment was not at my surgery at Middleton as I presumed Avisford surgery was the same as Middleton Managed to drive over in time but had it been clearer there would be no panic Very nice lady Chrissie and very understanding Very helpful

Although I can not remember her name, the nurse who removed my stitches was not only funny and very comforting, she was professional and looked after me when I was having a sweaty flush from the treatment. She was caring and looked after me, a credit to avisford medical group who are very lucky to have such a wonderful kind hearted employee

I was invited for my second shingles jab it’s was a bit of a wait for the appointment but the receptionist was pleasent when trying to find me one. I arrived in time and then waited for around 10/15 mins. It was quick and easy and the nurse was friendly
