Nurse was prompt and professional
Not at all happy about discussing confidential medical information with unqualified untrained and unsympathetic receptionists. Who are they to triage patients and Thor personal needs ? Poor new system, also 2 hours is too long for a call back.

Was booked in with the wrong person by the receptionist. The when I had my appointment the Dr commented on the fact that children 'shouldn't be at these kinds of appointments' when the most invasive thing that was carried out was my blood pressure.
