The reception staff are always amazingly helpful and never make me feel that they are stressed or under pressure which they must be with the volume of face to face and phone enquiries they get. The doctors and other medical practitioners I’ve seen are always so caring, re-assuring and clear in their explanations. This was particularly welcome when I was referred for a prostate biopsy recently. I really feel very fortunate to have such outstanding care in the form of the Yapton and Middleton surgeries. Thank you.

I only had to see the Nurse to look at my left foot / ankle after being discharged from hospital All good. I find your new tele answering system is A pain it’s longer and more frustrating to eventually get to speak to someone , Better to just walk into the surgery !!!!!

I do find it challenging to get an appointment so instead I did an E consult which was great but impersonal.

Apart from being able to call the surgery which I would prefer, the only added thing that I would improve on is , I was told I would receive a call if need be, I wish I could receive it anyway so I knew the results of my blood test, as this regarding to my epilepsy and long term, I would be happier knowing what my levels are.
