I was called in for a blood test due to taking blood thinners. The nurse was quick & efficient.

I don’t think my visit could have been improved on.

Rang reception in the afternoon to make an appoint for my cervical screen test. Didn’t have to wait long for the call to be answered Explained why I needed an appointment and preferred day of the week due to my work commitments. Given an appointment for 2 weeks later. Can’t complain at that.

The receptionist had to go talk to doctor before booking my appointment

You could open the side door again as it is easier to come that way in step of going the main road way for me

It is becoming increasingly more difficult to get an appointment and actually see a doctor

Answer the calls quicker Get more staff / doctors Try not to lose my blood sample Understand the need for urgency especially when matters are delayed
