I was easily able to rebook a physio telephone appointment that was cancelled by the surgery last week whilst I was attending for a blood test.

The new call back system is really good.
It's easy to sign in and all the staff are very friendly.

The surgery is always spotless and tidy. The receptionists are approachable,welcoming and smile, they are just so compassionate. The nurses are warm and kind. The doctors are superb, they allow the time you need, they are caring, kind and comforting. They explain, reassure and follows all tests up promptly. It's amazing how diligent they are given their workload.
