The two doctors I saw were excellent gave me a through examination and advice. On Monday , my first visit, to the Yapton practice for at least ten years I saw a doctor I had not seen before. After my consultation she said that I was being referred to the hospital, with in three days I received a letter for an appointment at the hospital. I was impressed with the smartness of the Yapton surgery, the young lad who was on reception was very efficient. I have found of all the lady receptionists Annette is the one who really tries to help and solve the patient’s issues.

What you have done better, is introducing the two call system. I have pressed number 2 a few times and found I had my queries solved , not only that the receptionist was less impatient.

I was early my appointment, at 11.30, didn't get seen til 12,10 by mental health nurse,never received the links she was going to send to me that was a month ago

Keep to the time for appointment not half hour later

I had an appointment on 31st July to see a nurse for an injection and a blood test. I was there at the appointed time and saw the nurse. All went well, and the injection and blood test both were satisfactory. I have no adverse reactions, and no suggestions about improvements that could be made.
