I was asked to go to the surgery to book a flu jab only to be told when I got there that they didn’t have any spaces and to try again in a week when there may be more put on the system.

Have more appointment dates for flu jabs.

I book my appointment through e consult so can’t comment on how easy it is by phone or by walking in

I waited a about a month for the appointment then it was cancelled on the day then I waited another month The guy I saw was great very thorough and I am now awaiting an x Ray with a follow up appointment 5 weeks after the x Ray .. this seems a ridiculously long time but I suppose that’s how it is now

I think everyone in the nhs works incredibly hard so I do t want it criticise but the care feels a little like the bear minimum

Employ more receptionist. So the waiting time is shorter
