Phone calls take forever, luckily the appointment was booked in advance as a follow up to a hospital apt so managed to get an appointment for when I needed.

The only problem is trying to get an appointment . 4 weeks and my symptoms had changed .. I self medicated . But when I do ... The doctor is professional , kind , caring , answered any questions I had . Never felt rushed . That is relevant to all the staff team. I appreciate that everyone is working under extreme pressure, long hours ,short staffed, Totally undervalued by the government . underpaid . So a big thank you to everyone .

Nothing ... The government need to wake up and make the NHS a priority. Instead of trying to privatise it !!!

Very helpful team always trying their best to get me help as quick as possible during some dark periods in my mental health and ongoing gynae issues. In addition, as someone who has a fear of blood tests, I had two very positive experiences with lovely nurses who were calm and understanding. The whole team are doing an exceptional job of keeping everything together in such a pressured environment.

In general I don’t have too much of a problem getting an appointment. In this case I was on a waiting list for a special clinic and was phoned up as there was a last minute cancellation which was appreciated.

I tried e-consult on 2 consecutive mornings, and was offered a choice of appointments several weeks in the future. This was fine as it turns out, but hadn’t condition been more serious it may have been problematic. On the other hand, the doctor who reviewed my information may not have classed the condition as needing more immediate attention.

I would have liked e-consult to be available when I first tried it, rather than having to wait until 8.30 the next day.
