Another barrier put in place in way of a form to fill in and submit..

A phone that actually rings to alert the receptionists there is someone waiting to speak to them.. a flashing light on the phone can and is ignored!

Made appointment on line supplied but NHS app. No contact with receptionists as used automatic check in

I rang one morning and waited in the queue, then the phone went dead and I couldn't re join. So I rang the following morning and got through.

Not sure why I couldn't get through the first day. If there is a limit on the number of appointments available it should tell you in the auto message.
