3 Home visits in 2 days, arranged efficiently and helpfully by Reception, ensured that my wife received the necessary medication for her attack of Shingles just before a Bank Holiday weekend. This involved a further call to the Surgery late on Friday afternoon for the re-prescription of a medicine which was unavailable at the Pharmacy. Many thanks to Dr Sidney for his skill and care and to the Reception staff for taking such a personal and helpful interest in our problems.

This surgery is a model of how first contact and Primary Care should and can be. Like all surgeries it is short of a GP, but never the less same day appoints can be had and if one is prepared to wait one can have a consultation with a named doctor. Receptionists are unfailingly polite and helpful. The Nurses are equally supportive. First class

A very good surgery. Doctors give clear information and any tests or hospital visits etc needed are arranged quickly which reduces worrying time! I have had slightly uneven service from Reception. The majority of staff are friendly and helpful despite obviously being extremely busy, but have rather abrupt responses from one person on several occasions.

Good surgery staff and doctors are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes takes a while to get through on the telephone when booking an on the day appointment. Would like to see more varied times of appointments available on line but realise this may not be possible .
