It is hard to get appointments if you don't ring at 8.30 you do not get one

The standard of care at this surgery is the best I have known. I recently had a prescription review with Dr Ansa and I have to say it was a good experience. It is important to have a good rapport with the doctor and I have managed to achieve this on the majority of occasions. Answering phones at peak times by receptionists could be improved and perhaps this could be looked at.

Our family feel very lucky to have such skilled and attentive Doctors, and such caring and helpful reception staff.

Both surgeries are always clean and tidy. Receptionists are always polite and helpful even when in busy situation. All doctors make time to listen and explain course of treatment.

My neighbours are not happy when I tell them about the excellent service I receive at Middleton. The ladies in reception are very pleasant and so very helpful. The doctors and of course the practice nurses are all very kind and I really could not wish for a better service, particularly in view the comments I hear about my neighbours surgeries.
