I have received nothing but really good service from both the medical & admin staff.Reception ladies are both friendly & helpful-not always the case from my experience of other surgeries.Thoroughly recommended.

I have been very impressed by the quality of care I have received. The reception staff have been extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Doctors and nurses have all been pleasant and efficient. Find arranging a consultation is a bit like Russian Roulette. Ringing on the dot of 8.30 and hanging on for 20 -30 minutes by which time there may or may not be an appointments left.If it is not urgent it seems to me it would be better to have an appointment in the future but because the majority of appointments are for the same day this is impractical. It is a very stressful process.

This surgery is so well run and all of the staff are highly professional and friendly, it is by far the best practice located here in Middleton that I have ever been registered to, I would give it 6 stars
