Staff are always friendly and helpful and kind. It is difficult to get an appointment at times because of the wait on the phone, but everyone tries to help as best they can . I do realise that things are difficult with the increased population in the area but find that all of the staff- reception, office, nurses GP’s and anyone else i have missed are lovely, helpful and do their best for you

Tha receptionist was friendly and helpful, the nurses were very kind and helpful

All the girls are so busy as there's more people in yapton now, it's ages before they answer the phone,it's not their fault
