Receptionist team are the driving force at this surgery.Nothing too much trouble, but, of course, the medical treatment is very good, too.
Suggested improvements
Don’t harp on about “ethnicity and race”. Does it matter what colour I am, as to what treatment I recieve.

I attended for my flu jab. All was well organised and efficient. The Staff were welcoming, friendly and very attentive. Full marks to everyone!

Phoned for an appointment for my Flu Jab.
Got cut off first time after 15 minute wait!
Tried again and waited 20 minutes on my phone, got through and got my appointment!
The Flu Jab was quick and easy, in and out in 5 minutes! Great Service!

The telephone answering machine cuts you off sometimes and doesn’t give a realistic waiting time!
