You know exactly where you are in the telephone queue. The receptionists are polite, friendly and kind and ask appropriate questions. The GPs are fantastic, thorough, professional, incredibly knowledgeable. They are compassionate and caring, give you the time you need and explain everything.

Had my flu jab yesterday, everything was really well organised, no waiting in and out very quickly, and staff were excellent.

My recent flu jab appointment was a breeze. Friendly welcome at the door, directed to the next available nurse, all very quick and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful, I only wish making an appointment didnt mean sitting on the phone for at least 20-30 minutes on hold.... but I guess you can't have everything!

Appointment booking continues to flummox me! It really takes far too long hanging on the phone on hold. If this could be improved then surgery would get five stars all round. The reception staff are amazing once you do get through.
