It sometimes takes a while to get through on the phone to make an appointment and when I’m at work, I don’t have time to wait or call back but when you do get through, the staff are very helpful.

Absolutely no problems booking my shingles vaccination. Admittedly this was relatively easy as we were able to find an appointment that suited the nursing staff and myself. My appointment was on time and swiftly dealt with. I was in and out of the surgery within 10 mins.

All was well.

Always are treated professionally , but with care and concern . All staff clinically , and in administration are excellent.

Possibly keep to the appointment time, however the time allocated per patient isn’t sufficient and people don’t want to feel they are not important. Having managed to get to see a Dr patients need time to talk and be assured.
