The surgery is excellent. Staff, Doctors, nurses etc. It has become noticeably harder to get through on telephone, or get an appointment face to face and I do not appreciate explaining personal details about health condition with the receptionist.
I understand they are trying to direct to correct person however the questions should be e.g: Is it something a nurse practitioner or paramedic could help you with. Not delving into private health information. They are very helpful but feels uncomfortable revealing to the receptionists.

Had stitches removed following surgery. Nurse Charlotte Bullard made an unpleasant situation rather tolerable. An excellent member of the Avisford team.

The waiting area was clean and tidy, didn't speak to a receptionist in person on this occasion. The person who took my bloods was Ok, (that's what my appointment was for) was not in the surgery more than 10 minutes so difficult to give more feedback !
