As long as you know you have to get on the phone at 8.30 and just hang on, you get an appointment.
Receptionists helpful, doctors and nurses excellent.
Dr T Bansil is the best.

I didn’t use a receptionist at this visit,it’s not easy to get an appointment or ring for advice even if you leave it until the afternoon you can still be in a queue of 30 or more

The long wait on the phone is frustrating especially if you’re at the end of a long queue you wonder if there will be a same day appointment left.
