I really appreciate the clarity of when to call for what given on the phone lines. It seems the staggering of services over the phone makes it much easier to achieve what you're aiming for. I have always been able to get an appointment on the day if needed. The reception staff are always kind, friendly and caring and don't give off the same gatekeeper vibes I have experienced at previous surgeries. I had the most positive experience recently where the Doctor made the effort to be totally transparent and clear in thier communication and in explaining what would happen next.

Only thing that could have improved my experience would have to be given am estimation of a timeline around test results and referrals. But also I think I could have asked, so not a major negative.

If distance boundaries were not an issue this would not be a surgery I would choose! Crappy reception staff!

Instead of gossiping reception staff, have two on the desk, when there are four or more people in a queue. If reception alleges they have made an appointment - follow it through and make sure the text messaging service is working. The queuing system on the phones is still annoying - revise this, please!

Got an appointment on the morning .The Doctor was excellent she took her time and was thorough . I managed to book blood tests and follow up appointments easily at the reception .
